Richard Lin

Based in Hong Kong, Prof. Richard Lin is also the founder of ImNLP, having been accredited as Certified Licensed Trainer and Master Trainer by various well-known international NLP developers and founders. He is also a few Chinese who is accredited by both NLP co-creators, Dr. Richard Bandler and Prof. John Grinder.

During 1986-2008, Richard had worked for Siemens, a Fortune 500 company, in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Melbourne offices in various senior positions. In his last position, he was the General Manager representing Siemens in South China in charge of business turnover over tens of billions RMB annually.

Later, Richard also served as the President of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in South China during 2000-2006 in cultivating Sino-Australian business relationships to promote strong trade and investment links between China and Australia.

Today, Richard frequently travels around the world to study the cutting-edge NLP training technologies, actively participates in international NLP conferences and development projects, in order to develop standardized, systematized, as well as professional NLP training. He is also the creator of WIE-Power TM and Neuro-Behavioral Compass TM.
