Moreover he hated routine work and was finding his job-scope a little too boring.
Through the use of various NLP coaching tools and two unique personality profiling systems (Enneagram and Wealth Dynamics), Michael finally understood where his natural strengths and talents lie. For instance, he realized he enjoyed working naturally with “systems” rather than with people, although he was passionate about making a positive difference in other peoples’ lives too. In other words, there was some kind of values conflict.
